ABC SIGNATURE Loyalty Rewards Program
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern ABC SIGNATURE Program (“Trade Program”), and members of the program will earn points in connection with the purchase of qualifying products and online activities that are redeemable towards tiered SIGNATURE Program perks.
I. MEMBERSHIP
1. This is a Free Membership. No purchase is necessary to obtain membership in the ABC SIGNATURE Trade Program, but you must establish an account at ABCWorldwideStone.com. Please see our privacy policy to understand how information you provide us will be used. This program is void where prohibited.
2. How to enroll in the SIGNATURE Program:
Create an account and become a registered user of the ABC SIGNATURE Loyalty Program. Signing up automatically subscribes you to our newsletter list, however you have the option to opt out at any time. Once you have submitted the requisite information and are approved for membership, you will be sent an email to the address you listed confirming your membership.
3. How to Access/Change Your Member Information. (This depends on the backend)
4. How to Cancel Your Membership. You may cancel account at any time. To cancel your account, please send an email to SIGNATURE@abcworldwidestone.com and write “cancel membership” in the subject line. The email must come from the account currently listed on our servers as being associated with your SIGNATURE Account. If you no longer have access to that email address, please email our customer service department and we will verify your status and cancel your account. Upon cancellation, you are no longer a member and any unused points accrued in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. Points maintain their value only on valid accounts in good standing, and except as otherwise provided here for redemption, have no cash value outside of their redemption value.
II. EARNING POINTS
1. General. Members can earn points on product purchases and through other methods as outlined in our SIGNATURE Tier Table. You will not earn points for shipping fees, taxes, or on purchases made prior to program enrollment unless authorized by ABC.
2. Earning Rate. Members in the Member Tier and Gold Tier will earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent on qualifying purchases. Platinum and Ultra Tiers will earn 2 points for every $1.00 spent on qualifying purchases. Points are based on your order subtotal, after any discounts, only. Taxes, Rush Orders, and Shipping fees cannot be applied toward points total.
3. Points will be added to your account by the 15th of the month following the qualifying purchase. Points will be listed as Pending until delivery is complete.
You are eligible to receive points 1 time for the following actions:
- Creating an account- 500 points
You are eligible to receive points multiple times for the following actions:
- Making purchases (as noted previously)
- Referring a fellow member of the trade to the SIGNATURE Program. Points will only be rewarded to your account if the referral used the link sent to them from your referral account or notates your name on their registration form. – 250 points
- A referral makes a qualifying purchase within one year of registration – 350 points
- Sharing project photos featuring ABC materials for ABC’s use on Social Media and in Company newsletters. Designer and photographer credit will always be given when used by ABC for promotional reasons. – 20 points per photo, up to 10 photos per project.
- New Tier Reward- 500 points
- Anniversary Reward- 250 points
