Sales Assistants | Inside/Outside Sales Representatives

ABC is expanding and looking to add A&D-focused sales assistants to our outstanding team. You will train with and learn from our top sales representatives and gain hands-on experience quickly. Experience in the natural stone industry or a related A&D field is preferred. The ability to build long-term relationships and provide outstanding follow-up is a necessity.

ABC Stone offers an exceptional product range by drawing on a global network of quarries, processors, and distributors. As a luxury, natural stone distributor we source our materials according to specific client requirements in order to provide unparalleled customer service.

We expect you to be a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, self-starter with excellent communication skills (oral and written). Must be able to work under pressure and switch gears quickly in order to respond to requests from multiple clients in a timely and efficient manner. PC Windows, MS Word, & Excel proficiency are necessary. Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is a major plus. Driver’s license preferred.

Pay

$20 to $25 Hourly

IT Manager

ERP Admin, Liaison with ERP, Manages all system projects

  • Master Data Management (ensures all customer, product and supplier\vendor data are complete and accurate)
  • Creates mandatory fields so data is entered correctly at the front end of the process

SF.com Administrator

  • Liaison with SF.com
  • Engages\manages consultants when needed
  • Integration efforts with ERP, Email, Website (using development skills)
  • Strong support for Sales regarding reporting, dashboards, workflow process and emails, etc.
  • Manages all system projects
  • Master Data Management (ensures all customer, product and supplier\vendor data are complete and accurate)
  • PMO Office re: all systems projects
  • Internal PC Support (low level)
  • Server & Telecom Maintenance
  • Understanding of Business Processes (O2C, P2P)
  • Develop a current and To-Be Systems Roadmap

80,000 to $100,000 Yearly

Receptionist

The Receptionist/Greeter answers, screens and correctly routes calls. Greets visitors and implements visitors’ info in the CRM system. Being a Receptionist/Greeter may perform some administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, scheduling appointments, arranging transportation for clients, receiving, sending mail and packages.

Responds to internal and external inquiries and distributes accurate information. Makes sure that spaces dedicated to clients’ meeting and the reception area are in order. In addition, Receptionist/Greeter may help to complete other business-related tasks to include dealing with clients. Requires a high school diploma.

Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being a Receptionist/Greeter works under moderate supervision. Gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.

Requires 1-3 years of related experience
