On August 5, ABC Stone welcomed guests to the Boston Design Center for a special screening of The Weight of It: HermanX Reimagined, a documentary exploring the creative vision and design philosophy of New York–based designer Mark Grattan. Co-hosted with New England Home magazine, the evening brought together architects, designers, and members of the local design community to celebrate the power of craftsmanship, materiality, and thoughtful design.
Following the screening, New England Home Editor in Chief Jenna Talbott led a conversation with Mark Grattan and ABC Stone’s Lyndsey Belle Tyler, offering deeper insight into Grattan’s creative process, his relationship with natural materials, and the ideas that continue to shape his celebrated body of work.
